By downloading or using Lit IPTV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Description of Service

Lit IPTV is a media player application that allows users to play IPTV streams from third-party providers. Lit IPTV does not provide, host, or distribute any TV content, channels, or streams. Users are responsible for ensuring they have legal access to any content they stream through the app.

User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you access through Lit IPTV
• You must have legal authorization to access any IPTV service you use
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding content streaming
• You must not use Lit IPTV to access pirated or unauthorized content

Subscriptions

Lit IPTV offers optional premium subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• No refunds for the unused portion of a subscription term

Lit IPTV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or legality of third-party IPTV services.

Limitation of Liability

Lit Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
